Tiger Nuts
Our organic tiger nuts are deliciously sweet and creamy. In fact, they are not actually nuts but instead are small root vegetables much like a potato but full of goodness. Tiger nuts are rich in essential fatty acids and minerals such as calcium and potassium and are bursting with vitamin E. Unlike conventional tiger nuts that are often much larger and overly cleaned with chemicals and processed to be softer, organic dried tiger nuts naturally have quite a chewy texture which some people enjoy however they can be soaked in water beforehand to soften and a more earthy flavor. Alternatively, you may prefer our organic peeled tiger nuts that have had the rough skin removed.
